Casa Alestelou is located in the sleepy village of Tormos with its 300 inhabitants on the Costa Blanca, 15 minutes from the Mediterranean Sea with its sandy beaches, below the Resingles Mountains in a valley full of orange and lemon groves.
The village house, with a large garden, dates from the late 1800s.
In 2017, the B&B was completely renovated while retaining the original doors, beams and high vaulted ceilings.
In the cozy sitting area, with its imposing fireplace, potbelly stove and marble staircase, there is a library with reading material for all ages.
The space to the garden is a quiet place to enjoy the outdoors, but between the thick walls of the fresh house.
There is a communal, fully equipped kitchen for guests' use.
In the garden itself, between the orange trees and several hundred-year-old other trees, there are several seating areas, both in the sun and in the shade.
There are sun loungers next to the beautiful and spacious swimming pool. There is an honesty bar in the indoor lounge.
The old tower and wall of the garden have been preserved in their original state and are a real eye-catcher.
Meals can be enjoyed in the garden or on the terrace under the pergola.
There are 4 rooms in Casa Alestelou, each with its own en-suite bathroom.
On the first floor at the front of the house are the rooms 'Cobalt' and 'Turquesa'.
The rooms have a balcony overlooking the village and the mountains.
On the ground floor you have room 'Azul'. This room also has a view of the village. As the names suggest, the rooms are in different shades of blue.
Each room has its own fully fitted bathroom with large walk-in shower. The tiles are all original Spanish stones.
Casa Alestelou is definitely worth a visit.
