Descubre Casa Alestelou

Casa Alestelou is located in the sleepy village of Tormos with its 300 inhabitants on the Costa Blanca, just 15 minutes from the Mediterranean sea with his sandy beaches, under the Resingles mountain in the valley of orange and lemon groves.

The village house, with large garden, date from the end of 1800.

After the purchase in 2017, we renovated completely whilst retaining the original doors, beams and the high vaulted ceillings.

In the lounge, with his impressive fireplace and marble staircase there is a library.

Next to the lounge we have a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal.

The entrance to the garden is a quiet place to relax.

In the garden the seating has been arranged between the various citrus and palmtrees or you can relax by the pool on loungers.

Next to the pool there is a covered terrace where you can enjoy a drink.

The old wall and tower of the garden were preserved in their original condition and are a real eye-catcher.

Meals can be taken in the kitchen or on the terrace below the large rubber tree.

There are 4 rooms in Casa Alestelou.

On the first floor you have Cobalt and Turquesa. As the name implies, they are in different shades of bleu.

They come with a balcony and views of the village and the mountains.

The name of the room on the groundfloor with his very large bathroom is Azul.

At the rear of the house, room Verde, offers extensives views across the valley.

With his private sun terrace and extra bedroom its both a suite as a family room.

Each room has its own new bathroom with a large walk-in shower in traditional Spanish style.

Casa Alestelou is definitely worth a visit.
